22 HERTZ – “Adrenochrome”

22 HERTZ has unleashed their electrifying new album “Adrenochrome” promising a sonic journey that’s not to be missed! With pulsating beats and captivating melodies, this release is a must-listen for music enthusiasts seeking an alternative to mainstream. Dive into the music world’s latest sensation and experience the thrill of ‘Adrenochrome’ now!

The proposal of 22 HERTZ is characterized by nine songs where aggressive riffing is appreciated superimposed on a voice with decisive intentions, a characteristic that enhances listening and completes the picture. The rhythm section is technical and prepared to get straight to the point, and stands out for its almost always hyper-fast drums that act as a driving force for the very metal intentions.

There are real cuts, like the energetic “Gravity”, which leaves room for more energetic songs with a vaguely Rob Zombie vibe as in the beautiful “Back To Hell”, approaching the central part of the album you can appreciate structures with a sonic impact more on the Industrial “Wrong” side.

Even without fielding any important surprises, 22 HERTZ seems to travel on two parallel tracks: on the one hand that of classic metal which appears original and interesting from the first listen, on the other there is no lack of some nods to that type of avant-garde that over the years they have brought forward bands of the genre proposed by the band and which are on the Industrial Electrocore side.

This aspect could form the basis for the band’s next moves if desired, and for any future developments, but in any case all listeners of old metal can easily approach this “Adrenochrome”, because it is a valuable album, which can be listened to and listen again and listen again.
