PheraX – “Waves”
The Berlin-based female-fronted alternative rock band PheraX was founded in 2015 by five young, passionate musicians. The band’s repertoire covers an extensive and varied spectrum, from energetic guitar riffs to atmospheric melodies. PheraX’s lyrics are characterized by personal experiences and emotions.
PheraX’s music is a mixture of different rock genres, including their original punk rock background, their preferred home in alternative rock and, increasingly, traces of core. Despite several line-up changes, PheraX has remained true to itself and has continued to evolve. Today, the band is appreciated by many for their sincere lyrics and rousing music.
The band members are known for their energetic live performances and their loyal following. In addition to numerous appearances, primarily in the Berlin club scene, they have also performed in the Berlin final of the Emergenza Contest and on stage at the Rocktreff.
“Waves” the new single, give us a concentration of heavy rhythms, evocative voices and distorted sounds. A song with a full-bodied general sound, thanks also to a voice that gives volume and grit, making listening intense and well enhanced by instruments typical of that Metal sound with the addition of further details that amplify and attack the sound, making it deep, and thus creating the right dynamic.
