Lost In Exile – “Deathbed Dreamer”

Lost In Exile is a melodic metal band based in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Using a unique blend of cold and dark melodic death metal elements, along with classic and familiar guitar harmonies and metalcore riffs, the American band, has created a sound that triggers strong nostalgia with a modern twist for metal fans from a wide range, with a general sound attributable to sacred monsters such as In Flames, Soilwork, Threat Signal and more.

Officially formed in 2023, the band features current and former members of prominent Chicago-area melodic death metal titans, Âstillian, The Oblivion Archetype, and Society’s Plague. Using the experience gained with other bands, along with an excellent full debut, the band brought this project to life on a live level as well.

“Deathbed Dreamer” is a full-length full of details that make listening more unique than rare, creating something truly original, which gives a powerful and full of energy sound. Scratching guitars, and a hyper-fast general sound with sonic details, which make listening dynamic and full of power.

For Death Metal lovers, it is certainly a nice simple, direct proposal, which can be listened to right from the first bars and, increasingly intriguing, leads to the finale with ease and lightning-fast riffs.
