Chrome Sky – “Binary” – REV

Innovative creation that blends metal, industrial, trance, prog, goth and many other influences in a single scenario that is difficult to label, with the voice as the only human element in the background of a fully programmed instrumental set up. Ladies and Gentlemen we present the Chrome Sky and their new work “Binary”.
What comes out is a pleasant and engaging metal, which without half measures enters your head like a moving train. While listening you can appreciate full-bodied and intense sounds, well supported by a vocal line that enhances the potential and at the same time the qualities of the band. The course of the record is varied and original, with sound openings that prove to be a beautiful variant managing to generate a glimmer of light in this almost gloomy atmosphere, but not at all ugly.

The music of Chrome Sky portrays the existential and alienated condition of contemporary man with a surgical and merciless gaze, forcing the listener to face the magma of impulses that simmer in the human soul, where rationality, goodness and evil are canceled, the sacred and the madness coexist and the destiny of man is created, and in this way perceive the painful fatigue of existence.
In spite of entirely digital and programmed sounds, Chome Sky mix musical genres and themes that point straight to the listener’s belly. As in an operating room, asepticity and viscerality coexist.

A synergy proven in more than one circumstance by means of pieces where almost sudden tempo changes stand out and which prove to be a godsend for not falling into a path, albeit short, predictable and banal.
The release of “Binary” confirms what good the band has managed to do so far without setting limits and without going behind the commercial current because Chrome Sky play what they want and not what the trade wants.
To be listened to with the utmost respect and attention.
